I was absolutely shocked by the filthy bathtub with black mold around it, not to mention the dirty walls. I expected a welcome gift or at least a complimentary upgrade for putting up with such conditions, but apparently that's only for VIPs. The manager’s late-night check-in was nice, but it certainly didn't make up for the horrifying room.
